Coupon Queen
So...I've started couponing....I have a binder that I keep all my coupons in, I am a member of AFC (there's a link on the side of my page - check it out!), and I must say, I think I'm doing pretty amazing. Check out what I did today:
Walmart trip (See picture):
I bought:
1 Huggies wipes ($2.33)
1 Finish/Electrosol Gel Packs ($3.50)
2 Glade air fresheners ($.97 each)
1 Glade sense and Spray ($5.00)
1 Airwick iMotion ($5.00)
1 Suave deodorant ($.94)
2 Rimmel nail polish ($2.92 each)
My total (w/out tax) pre-coupons came to $24.21 After coupons my total was $8.07 - with tax $10.30! I also saved about $8.00 on my actual groceries taking my total from $42 and some change (pre-tax) to $35 and some change (post-tax).
Then I made a quick trip to Albertson's this afternoon:
2 Aquajuice ($3.79, but with preferred card 2/$5)

Rice Cereal and Prunes...Yum!
At Andrielle's 4 month check-up, our pediatrician recommended that we have her to start try eating real baby food. So, last Saturday Gavin and I picked up some rice cereal and a couple of jars of prunes. And guess what - she LOVES it! She eats about 2 tablespoons twice a day. I'm so proud. I thought it would be a little early, but she seems so ready! She eats of the spoon really well and swallows even better. It's so fun watching her grow! :)
